A 4,500 square foot residence perched on the side of the mountain, 22021 Chippewa was a great pleasure to design, and is the marquee built expression of the design philosophy of Jergensen Studio. Utilizing a 2 1/2 storey split level floor plan and complex custom glu-lam wood stilts to support the north side of the structure, the residence perches above the landscape, evoking the elegant curves of the wind and water that sculpted the landscape below.
